Okie Aussie gladly accepts returns if for some reason you don’t love your item(s). We do have a few rules to follow to make your returns as smooth as possible. Please review our return policy, print and fill out our google doc provided and include it in your return. If we receive a return without the google doc, we will return to sender. Thank you for understanding!
*You are only allowed 2 returns every 30 days
*Items MUST be mailed back to us within 7 days of USPS Delivery Date. Any items mailed after the seven-day window are ineligible for Store Credit.
*Items NOT Eligible for Store Credit: Pre-Order Items, Mystery Shirts, Grab Bags, Undergarments, Hats, Beanies, Bralettes, Earrings and SALE Items. These items are FINAL SALE Items and are Not Eligible for Store Credit.
*After we receive your package, Store Credit will be issued via email to the email address associated with your account. Store Credit must be used within 45 days of being issued. Please allow 5 business days for your Store Credit to be issued.
*We are not responsible for return shipping unless we are at fault for the shipping/packaging error.
*All items must be not washed, unworn, smoke free, pet free, and MUST have original tag attached.
*Once the item is dropped off at the post office it is out of our hands. If there is an issue with your package, contact your local post office. They will be able to help you!
